Have you ever meditated on the fact that “God desires to work through you?” Why would God want to work through us if He does not need our help? God does not need our help and that is a true statement. He wants to work through us because that helps us grow and mature spiritually.
The Lord created man with the goal of working through His created beings. God has a plan for our life and that plan includes Him working through us.
Ephesians 2:8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
God Desired to Work through Moses
The Israelites had cried out to God because they had been enslaved by the Egyptians and God would use Moses to free His people. Exodus 3:10 Now go, for I am sending you to Pharaoh. You must lead my people Israel out of Egypt.” The Lord would empower and send Moses as His ambassador to confront the Pharoah of Egypt to let God’s people go.
